Exponadal – Children’s and Youth Fair of Alicante

Would you like to spend a fun family day? We propose you to visit Exponadal this Christmas. It’s a popular children’s and youth fair for entertainment located in the Alicante Trade Fair Institution (IFA). It’s situated 30 minutes driving from Ciudad Quesada. It will be open from December 26th to January 5th. This event is an ideal place for children, teens and parents. On this public exhibition you can play games, dancing, practice sports, make crafts and workshops. Also you can see performances of dance, music and circus.

Christmas in Spain

Would you like to celebrate Christmas in Spain? We tell you the spanish Christmas traditions in this post. The spanish Christmas time is from December 24th to January 6th. It’s a time full of family gatherings. Christmas is a religious festival in Spain. The cities are beautifully decorated with Christmas lights from the first week of December. Also in the homes there are Christmas trees and miniature scenes called Belenes. This nativity scenes depicts life in the village where Jesus was born.

Welcome to the 8th Rojales Christmas Market located inside the Mercado de Abastos. It’s open from friday 5th to monday 8th December. If you visit this place you can taste typical christmas products as homemade sweets, cakes, paella, wine and beer. Also you can see musical and dance performances. As well as handicrafts, african music and gardening workshops for children.

Ice Skating in Alicante

Would you like to practice ice skating in Alicante? You should visit the ice rink located in the town hall square of the city. It’s a wonderful ice rink of 390 m2 where you can practice ice skating around the Christmas Tree from 1th December until 6th January. It’s an amazing experience.
