    Since it’s beginings in 1972, being pioneers in the tourism industry, Euromarina is a leading Company in the property sector.

    Our Company has been founded by hard worker family who had an innovate vision of how to develop the business, we bet for the quality in the housing and the quality in the costumer service from the begining, and we give them a big importance to the needed services that complement each urbanization.



    The crisis we have overcome has motivated us to continue reinventing and innovating the Company to be adapted to new needs of families and of each age, developing Properties in which we use the highest quality.



    From our origins we have supported the entrance of local businesses to grow together and créate wealth in the new developed areas. We care, we maintain and appreciate much the value contributed by these businesses when creating services and making life more comfortable by covering everyday needs of the residents. An example of local businesses develop, it can be seen with the number of shops in operation in the area of Ciudad Quesada and Doña Pepa which total more than 300 today.

    The majority of these businesses are grouped in commercial areas for convenience, and in these areas we can find from bars and restaurants, supermarkets, shops, to all types of medical services (dentist, ophthalmologist, medical aesthetics, etc).

    In the area we count also with Schools in which we can highlight an Norwegian school. Furthermore, we have leisure and sports areas: aquapark, bolling alleys, tennis courts, gyms and a golf course.

    Finally, in the area we count with a Hotel that forms part of Euromarina group. The Hotel is 4*sup which has SPA and besides of restaurant, café and event lounges and is in operation the 365 days of the year.



    We have a great national prestige, despite of being better known internationally due to the provenance of our clients.

    The number of Properties built up to date excedes 30.000, being the biggest builder in Ciudad Quesada and Doña Pepa.

    Our clients come from more than 80 different countries, united this, to our broad trajectory, has allowed us to develop one of the most international village of Spain, where you can share and enjoy the best of every culture, being a perfect place to settle permanently, as 75% of our clients live here throughout the year.



    On the Costa Blanca & Costa Cálida Euromarina has a wide range of possibilities when buying a home. This areas is known for sun and beach tourism, that is to say, the resorts especially for tourism. We offer a high quality of services that are available in both areas, with a great offer of bars and restaurants catering to all tastes and also of facilities directly on the beach where you can enjoy yourselves, in terraces, restaurants, children’s activities, windsurfing, sailing, diving, etc…

    The golf courses have become an international reference for the playing of this sport. In the area where Euromarina builds we have a great deal of golf courses, one of them in our area of Doña Pepa.

    The communications network is extensive enabling the movement from one corner to another of the province without problems. Highway and motorway to explore the costa blanca & costa cálida from north to south.

    The airport of Alicante-Elche, 5 minutes to Arenales and 25 from the area of Doña Pepa. Los Alcázares is 30 minutes from the airport of Corvera (Murcia) and 75 km from the airport of El Altet (Alicante).
