The Mining Park of La Unión is located in Murcia. It’s 50 minutes away from Ciudad Quesada. This spectacular landscape is a protected area. It’s a historical place declared of Cultural Interest. If you visit this mining park you can learn the entire process of the old underground mining industry of 19th and 20th century including the extraction of the mineral, washing and the subsequent smelting process. You will beginning the journey aboard the mine train to discover over 4.000 square meters of mining galleries.
