How to make Gazpacho

Gazpacho is a typical spanish food. It’s a cold soup elaborated with tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper, green pepper, onion and garlic. This delicious food is very healthy. It’s very easy to prepare it. We tell you how to make gazpacho in this post.




Gazpacho. By





· 500 grams of tomatoes


· 200 grams of cucumber


· 200 grams of red pepper


· 50 grams of green pepper


· 200 grams of onion


· 1 garlic clove


· Extra-virgin olive oil


· Vinegar


· Salt

How to make it?


1) Cut the tomatoes.


2) Peel and cut the cucumber.


3) Cut the peppers.


4) Peel and cut the onion.


5) Cut the garlic clove.


6) Add all ingredientes in a bowl.


7) Add olive oil, vinegar and salt.


8) Grind the ingredients.


9) Strain the ingredients.


10) Keep in the fridge for a few hours.
