· 50 centilitres of anisette

· 1 kilogramme of onion


· 250 grams of tuna belly


· 50 grams of pine kernel


· Black pepper


· Paprika

How to make stuffing mix?


1) Cut the onion.


2) Put oil into the frying pan.


3) Add tuna, pine kernel, black pepper and paprika.


4) Fry all the ingredients for 3 minutes.


5) Strain the ingredients.


6) Put the ingredients over the dough.

How to cook Coca amb Tonyina (Tuna Pie)?


1) Boil water with olive oil, anisette and paprika.


2) Add this soup, flour and salt in a bowl.


3) Knead the dough until the ingredients are well combined.


4) Divide the dough into two parts.


5) Flattening the dough with rolling pin.


6) Spread the olive oil in the baking sheet.


7) Put the dough over the baking sheet.


8) Add the stuffing mix over the dough.


9) Flattening the other dough with rolling pin.


10) Put the dough over the stuffing mix.


11) Beat egg.


12) Spread egg over the dough.


13) Prick the dough with a fork.


14) Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
